Manipulator tool-PROBLEMS

Hey, yesterday i asked the same question, and some people told me to use +- because i cant see my XYZ lines, because they come off the actual grid. I have tried to press alt + and alt -. And even ctrl + ctrl -....nothing works. Please could you help me...thanks!

By the way, if you dont know what i am actually talking about, it's the blue,green,yellow line from the Move tool,Rotate tool, and scale tool

As you can see the X,Y,Z lines are out of focus, and even zooming out doesnt give me the arrows, how do i reduce the size of them?

lol...sorry, but how do i post an image???...i go into browse, attach file and select the file i want...but when i have did all that, it doesnt come up user added image

It may be too big, do it at 640x480 size and a jpg
