This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.
I think the "Previous Challenges and Competitions" area may be the wrong place to ask this, not because it's off topic but mainly because you don't get too many people in here. Try either the newbie or members lounge.
