Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

Vertex sizes and stuff.

Hey, there was a post about this ages ago but i dunno where it is.... since getting my new video card verticies and crap like that are tiny. how do i make them bigger? user added image thanks

Not sure, but I believe your resolution resets to 640x480 when installing a new graphics card. You probably just need to adjust them. Right-click on desktop, properties, settings, and move your res to something like 1280x1024.

Settings and Preferances. YOu can change the size of the tool handles and sizes there.
