Complex UV Layout in Maya
Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character

the model looks ok. but i would work on the proportions more. the legs are tiny compared to the rest of the body, and the wings are also not long enoug, they don't look like they are big enough for it to fly with. and make the head a bit wider than the neck. right now it just look like a straight line from neck to head.
work on the smaller things also, this way u can finalize all the modeling then move on to UVs and texturing

I have to agree...the wings definately look much better Dragonhawk! user added image I really like how you added the joints in the wings as well. The wings also look a lot better being a little larger, and also that you have them more attached to the body more. Keep up the great work! user added image

wow mist this thread for a while...finally it got serious again tho user added image

so yo dragonhawk! how are you doin'
You deff progressed the dragon! looks nice allready, doesn't it user added image

would do some tweaking on the body still to get some better proportions but the most thing that's bottering right now is the wing...

I guess you didn't see the tut of the dragonhead/dragonbody...
There Kurt shows that doing just the bones of the wings and make the wing itself with nurbs is the most easiest way! but the most important that it would be more realistic too! It would deff give a more organic look to it!

keep it up! you are going to make this happen dude ! catch ya later dragonhawk
