Fatal Error

For some reason when I open a recently saved file I occassionally get the message : Fatal Error saving to c:\... \temp and then Maya eventually shuts down.

Has anyone had this before? What does it mean?

Just means its crashed really bad but Maya goes for the recovery at the end which is a good thing! if it does that let it close it self out. and then check where it says it was attempting to save the file and cross your fingers its not corrupted! gl
