Yeah, Days of Thunder is a pretty crappy movie, but your right, it has alot of camera angles. That movie was on TV a couple of months ago I think. Mabe I should have watched it.

I reckon no. 3 is a good bet, like through a helmet view, would have like a HUD kind of feel to it. But as others have mentioned, a mix of 3 and 4 could be really cool.

Time will tell which angle is best, but cheers for the suggestion.user added image

cheers t1ck135!user added image This project should be fun to do. I'm also going for photo real on this project. I was going for photoreal on my easter island challenge entry also, but time just wasn't with me. I wanted to put alot more into the heads and have an enviorment in with it, but I'm satisfied with how it turned out anyway, and I got 8 votes to boot. Thats not bad at all! user added image

Will have some stuff to show in a few days. I was waiting till after thanksgiving to actually start work on it. The leadup to thanksgiving at my theater is always pretty busy, and I work more hours during that time. The same thing goes for the christmas also.

Cheers for stopping by my thread ! user added image

Man, have I been lazy lately. Anyway, here is a concept scene I rendered out just as a previsualization. I used and Audi and duped it a few times. This is just a start of a long series of wips. I believe I'm going to have to model the race track and stands first.

I didn't model the cars, they are just there to get the idea across. I got the car's here from the free models section.

Going to start the race track first. It's the biggest and most detailed piece.

I'm starting to get a feel for where you are going. Can't wait to see the first lay out of the track.
