AK-47

Well, I have about a billion things going on at once so I have to stop the AK project for awhile. I got alot of animation done via scripts and particles but will show that another time. For now consider this finished.

Your Ak looks very good for my but I have a question:

Why the end of the gun looks blurry :S maybe its my eyes or the shadows :S

why did you add blur? it does draw your eyes to it. What res are you're textures? they seem kinda low res for something photoreal. Also the main material on the gun looks too matte, it would be a bit shinier than that (reflecting some of the table material as well) there's no spec component to the pic which makes it not sit right (It would be ok for games but not for photoreal)

Here is a render with the reflectivity turned up a bit. Maybe to much.

I agree with that myself Zyk0tiK. I think the HDR image in the back is not helping out with thw situation. Also some of the settings on the black metal is off, a bit to muck reflection.
