Curving a Flat Surface

I'm trying to model a CRT monitor, what is the best way to make the screen shape/curve? What is the best way to take that single flat surface, and curve it?

well i will use deformers first one way and then the other way, i will use the bend deformer under nonliner ...

but i dont know if that is the best way

I just ploy model it then convert to sub-ds
