I found the reduce polygon button but it reduces everything in triangles, and i dont like that.
So i could reduce it.
But here are finally my first screenies:
PS: it doesnt show the images so just click on the links.

The body.

Side with ref pic.

Here's the wire that i ****ed up cause i smoothed already.
I circled the spot that went wrong, in the other screenies you can see a bump there.
Luckely the neck and head comes there.

Hope you like the screenies,
And you may give comment user added image

I'm not really sure what you meant by a solid button, but I'm guessing you mean how to make the object appear square and blocky.

You do that by going to

Edit Polygon-
Normals-
Soften/harden- Then just click on all harden.

That should make your model blocky.

Ah wait nevermind, you want to unsmoothe. There's no option that I know of for that except reduce and it sucks.

if you have smothed your object the only way of going back is to go to the history, select the polysmooth tab and lower the amount of smooth levels. If you've deleted the history then you're screwed.

I tried to reduce, but that sucks it makes it also in triangles.
Then when i quadrangulate my wire even gets more ****ed up.
So im just going on too the head now.
