Ultimate: spider-man

i everybody, i have been working on this character for 1 week. i had a lot of difficulty connecting the arm and leg to the body cuz all the time, edges on the arm do not match with the edges on the body and same stuff with the leg so i have to create 3 side polygone and that is bad.anyway still a lot work to do(some bad stuff i want to change will be indicated in red in one my pictures). foot and hand need to be created.
so...here is my model so far.

start with move the arms up, now they're too low compared to the shoulders.

The arms are too skinny for the shoulder mass.
Either bulk them up or slim down the shoulders. Taking the area back around the shoulder end of the clavicle (collar bone) should help a bit. More of an indent between the nipple and the top of the shoulder should help too (near the arm join).

You need to get the hands blocked in as its hard to tell if the arms are far too short (regardless of reference images)

Nice start though user added image
