Bitmap Material

I want to assign a material to a plane from a bitmap i have in a .jpg but I dont know how to center this bitmap in the plane so that the letters of the bitmap will be centralized or at least to be streched to the size of the plane and not Tiled.

Thanx

You cant have a bitmap in a jpeg as there two different file types.

Whats the geometry that your assigining it to? If its a poly object them you might have to uv map it, although you can get round it using the projection utitlty that way you can then move the image to match where you want it then bake it so it stays in place.

Have a look for projection and for planar mapping (as this might help you too) in the help files as these would better explain how to do it.

Cheers

Yes, I was a bit misleading.

I have a .jpg image with a logo on it and I want to assign it as a material in a plane so that the logo stays on the center everytime i scale it(so if i make it bigger or smaller the logo stays on the center).
