Smoothing

I have just finished the spider modeling tut and I am about to start the texturing one but Kurt used the unsmoothed model and I forgot to make a backup before smoothing mine. Woops.

What would everyone suggest? Do I have to just work my way using my smoothed model?

Cheers.
