This course will look at the fundamentals of rendering in Arnold. We'll go through the different light types available, cameras, shaders, Arnold's render settings and finally how to split an image into render passes (AOV's), before we then reassemble it i
Nice work so far rocky... Really liking the textures alot. By the way, what is "Final Alpha 3" i think its called on that playstation game? never heard of it before... :p
Also Was there any particular tutorial whiched help you texture like that?
The game is "Street Fighter Alpha 3" It was a very popular fighting game back in my high school years. I remember playing it with the guys back then but I was not very good at all, until i got my own copy. Then i started to kick butt.
I used that game cover for my piece cause it brings back those memories.
I am glad you like the work so far,:attn: I have put alot of time in texturing the main characters. i soon finish with Player 2- Berry. I will post that when I am done.
I do not use tutorials to help my with the actual painting, just alot of reference material and practice...and my trusty sword and shield...(graphics tablet)
The book "The Game Artist's Guide To Maya" also helped me with efficient UV mapping techniques.
Really coming along, man. This'll really shine if you give it a solid render. I'd start experimenting with the final composition, lighting, and all that jazz pretty soon here
This is the stadium that the boys manifested. I am currently working on the stadium main and structure lights. The game the boys will play is going to be displayed on the large screen.
