Help! character animation/motion capture problems

Hi,

Im using library of motion capture sequences. I would like to be able to take a couple of clips, eg. a walk cycle and a clip of someone sitting and blend them together to create one fluid movement. Ive been playing with trax to create clips and blends but the one major problem i have is that some of the motion capture is orientated differently and i cant figure out how to change this. For example if i import a clip of a walk that goes from left to right how do i blend it with a clip that moves in the opposite direction? ive tried retargetting but it wont seem to work when i create the clips in the trax editor.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
