cloth animation

does anyone know how to get cloth to react to a moving character. i downloaded the free cloth material and that only shows you how to make it using the ep curve tool , i aslo downloaded the other cloth tutorial but that doesn't show you how to animate cloth you made with the ep curve can anyone help?

Well I beleive cloth only reacts with the object that you apply the cloth too. If you are thinking of making cloth wave in the wind or react as though it was under water...hmmm I would suggest maybe playing around with some different setting or (im not sure if it would work but) using an air field. Sorry Cloth isn't really my strong point ^^*.

But yeah cloth reacts with the object that you contrain it to.
