sorry but i have another question when i extrude something it wont extrude smoothe if i am using a cylinder. Is there something that i can do to make it extrude smoothe?

To fix this problem after you extrude select the object and than go to EDIT POLYGONS> NORMALS> SOFTEN/HARDEN

this should soften those hard edges. you can also do this by selecting the edges you want to harden/soften.

A 0 value will give you a hard edge and a 180 value will soften the edge.

OK, select all the vertical edges than soften/harden at 180. This will make those edges soft.
