Question for Kurt

I have a problem when converting poly's to sud-d .
In Kurt's Ship tutorial he convert's poly's to sub-d and back but I keep seeing some annoying line's my question is how do I get rid of them.

This must be something simple to solve.

Well I guess I kinda solved it but now I noticed a red line and I know it aint a wireframe cause it isn't turned on.
