Playblast compression

What is the quickest way to compress a playblast file for uploading to the net...............dave

Adobe media encoder if you have it quick and simple.

I see you sorted it user added image care to post your solution?

Hi David
I am only getting to grips with windows 7, any way I right clicked on the file then choses to open with Window movie maker that had a few options to save so I chose stand alone witch was in the middle that saved out at 4mb in stead of 175mb.........dave

For mac I would say QuickTime or mpegstreamclip.
