screen redraw issue

When ever I move an isoparm or use any paint brushes, I get this red re draw issue. If I'm painting with a brush I can fill up the screen with these bloody red lines!!!!!
What could it be??

AMD3000
Nvidia 6800

If you haven't done so already, the first thing you should do is make sure you install your latest graphic card driver.

Yeah done that. I have changed all my settings on the card to see if it makes any difference but none at all. Doesn't matter what the card is set to...!
