Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

texturing question..

I've made a box, four lids that fold out and open.

The top of the box, where the lids are is a different texture to the rest of the box - it reads something.

When I open the box, the texure can be seen on the opposite side of the lid (and therefore back to front).

Is there a way I can have it show nothing on the other side?

I was originally thinking of making some form of condition that would display either the sign or the plain texture depending on the state of the lid....

I'm unsure.

Any input would be greatful.

James
