Well i intend too, but maybe this weekend i will , but i need to lear how to rig and aplly the skeleton....lol

Someone told me would be hard to animate the fella with such small legs...i really didn´t wanted to give him long legs...

Here at work i had some time and decide to work the street scene were i intend to animate the Skater dude...

IM still modelilng some elements i won´t had much , i want a clean place, but dirty and kind messed as well.

Propotion i will tune later with the model in the scene

nice little scene you've got there, I think your skater will fit in perfectly. What's the square on the wall for?

for the wheels you'll be better off with an expression rather than sdk...

Something like:

wheel.rotateX = - (tire.translateZ * (360.0 / (2 * 3.1415)));

I think this is right...

So basically when the wheel moves in Z it will rotate in X

I just picked up the graffiti cd. How do you apply your graffity onto your walls. Through a layered texture?

nice board!

I love the skateboard the most! Can you make a tutorial on how to make(not texture) A basic sakeboard? I am tring so hard but it is not coming out right at all.

Jay you are right......i have some many other scenes to texture...but i get bored sometimes..you want to texture it ? user added image

A skateboard is really easy to model, but im out of tme to do a tutorial now im gona post som wires in low polly, this way you can see some stuff.

the skate, i coulded give some more details to the trucks but no need for this job.

And for you here a link of the skate (maya file, textures files) enjoy it user added image and learn, just and some more division in channels box and you get a smoothed skate.
