PHP -> www.php.net
PHP is simple if you know any C++ your laughing, if its you're first language its not a bad one to start with.

Apache -> www.apache.org
The most used web server on the planet can be a pain in the ass to set up.

Linux -> Which one?

MySQL -> www.mysql.com
Nice free open source dB, oracle is better but then the price is higher as well and now mySQL finally supports nested selects unless your using hundreds millions of records MySQL is great
