Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

Autumn Challenge

I’ve decided to enter, and my Hero Character will be a Samurai Hero sort of Character like in the movie the “Last Samurai” and his Name is The Legendary "Lee Mystro"

https://www.hanamiweb.com/the_last_samurai.jpg

I’m aiming for:-
Tons of body armor, that includes face mask, depending on my facial modeling skill I might cover the face or show it. And he will be carrying 2 Katana Swords on his back

I will most likely sketch out my Character design or use loads of online references

Alright then let’s get Busy user added image

do you mean Katana?

the body geometry is very extreme and quite blocky.
