Help me choose the most adequate comp between...

Hey, I've been saving up some money to get my hands on a fast computer for 3D.
Now i'm hestitating between these 2. Which would you recommend?
Does PCI-E really make a big difference?

Now i have to choose, the left computer or the right computer:
LEFT:
Dual Processor - Dual Intel® Xeon Processors 2.8GHz 800 MHz FSB w/1MB Cache

Alienware® X2 Dual Xeon™ Motherboard

FEATURING PCI-E

NVIDIA® Quadro™ FX 3400 PCI Express 128MB DDR w/Digital and VGA Out

RIGHT:
Dual Intel® Xeon™ Processors 3.2GHz 533 MHz FSB w/ 2MB Cache

Supermicro® X5DAL-TG2 - Intel E7505 Chipset Motherboard

NVIDIA® Quadro® FX 4000 256MB 8x AGP w/Dual DVI

the one on the right. maybe it does not support pci E, but 8x agp is fast enough to handle complicated scenes. even if this system was not going to be used for 3d, i would not hesitate to take the one on the right.

Right. Altho its got the slower bus speed every thing else is better. Are they roughly the same price? As they are radically different specs.
