Dragon Head Tut.

Anyone Who isnt a vip member, I recomend starting with this tutorial. It teaches you lots of stuff. Anyways, here's a render of my current state.

I've strayed from the tutorial a little, Im not going to add the ear flipper things, and I added horns coming off of the jaw.
