Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

Hex,

since Maya 8 there has been Maya 8.5 and Maya 2008. There's also a new revision of Maya 2008 with muscle systems etc. I thyink that the PLE (if that's what you're using) is currently at Maya 8.5.

Take it easy,

Maya 7 is from 2005 or 2006, dont remember, thats old man, where did you snatch that cd from.

2k8 extension 2 is the current version.

I dont have it yet, have to get my producer to get me the license files.

i like the extension for some modelling tools they have added.

Hopefully in June i can get a hold on the upgrade.

Btw From Modelling to polygon is not a big step, they release all the changes everytime, its not more then a few pages.

Even with 2k8 they provide you with video`s showing the new stuff, how easy is that, it`s like the deliver you food on the table, you dont even need to step away from your desk.
