Help! What TV system is it in UK?

What TV system is it in UK? I believe it's PAL but which variation? Why do I ask? Because I need to know if a telly purchased in the UK works here in Finland...

(Someone told me that the picture is transferred in the same frequency but the sound might be a different story...)
