I did not really have time to make improvements on my model. But a friend brought yesterday a new software Maxwell Render and here a test :

Cool. Is the ridge in the middle of the fac meant to be there or is it from instancing the other side of the face? I looks good anyway. user added image

On right-hand side it is my basic model and on the left the smooth proxy iteration 2. The ridge is separation between the part without and with smooth

I am asking me the following question: will I benefit from this contest to learn the use of Zbrush because I saw results very convincing when it is used with Maya
