extended it from the designs slightly, dumped a quick texture on it to see how it looks (got sick of the grey look)

built a quick cityscape... and merged it into the island (did that tonight)
created a cluster of lights just to add a bit of depth to it, i know there is a shadow problems - cause they are on default- will light it properly at a later stage.

didnt quite like the cityscape... tutors didnt like it either! but glad they were honest about it.
so changed it to a village.

yeh the entire island will be covered in vegetations, going to use "cards" to do that and most will be done in the texturing stage. once i figure out how to uv map this thing..... lol.
not going for something fancy only wanted to model a small environment.
hoping everything will look ok once the fluids is added, and hdri setup.

mainly built it for helping me improve my skills with rendering in mental ray with environments
