Complex UV Layout in Maya
Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character

Nov/Dec - Creature - Orc motorist - Sil-Valeor - Norm/Noob

Hello!
Well, this is the first time i will enter some competition. What I will try to make is a Orc drivinga Harley Davison - like motorbike. Don't know i will make it though, since I'm verry noob at the moment. But I'll try. I am searching for a pictures now, so I will post progress later.

Obviously, you're not done yet, but just a fairly obvious suggestion would be to make the style of the bike very "orc-ish". user added image Looking forward to it!

hmmm,....yeah I shall think about that more. I'll think od a new "design" for it, and then I'll proceed with modeling.

looks like your off to a good start thought the wheal look pritty good. Doing tred on the rubber is a neet thing to do BTW BUT I think it will be better with out tred, myself. Just trying to help its one way for it to be more orc-ish. LOL
