How to render Ocean, Sea, open bodies of water, beach...

Hello,
I make simulations in RealFlow and import them in Maya, so I get a very nice liquid simulation for sea/ocean, flooding a city..

My questions is: How do I render it? This isn't the Maya surface that needs displacement to look like ocean, this is the real thing behaving properly as an ocean already, all I need is what material to apply, what colours, and parameters for:
- The main body of water (sea/ocean)
- the splash and crest particles (the whyte stuff when when break)
- And foam

I think each would have a separate way of applying materials/shaders, but I have absolutely no clue. so basically stuck.
Any help is much appreciated
Thanks in advance
