OK I am getting dongle version.
I spoke to the dealer he said if I need to cross upgrade to another OS in the future then I have to pay 100+ Euro fee. It is the same if I have a dongle or normal license.

So there is no disadvantage of having a dongle only advantage.
I won't loose the dongle as it will be in my house and no one else has access to this place.
When I take my laptop out I will just run a uhmm!! version of Maya on the laptop.

Good choice. Just to let you know that the USB dongle has a little hole on so you can tie a chain or string to it. you can wear it around your neck if you wish. If I had a camera onme I would post a pic of it.
