A quick one (before I'm off for spending a break from the screen in front of the tv ), started building the cranium, left a hole for the ear, which I'm not sure will be modeled as they're a pain in the arse, and it will be covered by hair anyways... Might work a little more on this after watching a movie

looking good
You could model the mask straight into the head to save on doing a face. Then again he could have a special move which means he takes the mask off and any female characters he's fighting temporarily swoon or something or he's not got a face which temporariliy shocks the opposition for a second or two...

Haven't worked on this in a while, but here's an update. Decided to redo the head, and here's the outcome of a couple of hours work. The mesh is still pretty messy, and I'm not completely satisfied with the mouth, but I think I'll leave it at this since the face will be covered by the mask. Probably won't make the ears as he'll have long hair (and I hate doing ears! )

If you are going to mask him then maybe you are better off not building the face, remember don't model what you don't see
