Model for CgTalk Challenge "races of middle earth"

Well here's a concept drawing for a race I designed that would live in Middle Earth... I just wish CgTalk started this challenge a week ago. I would have used the same creature Im doing for here =).


Anyway let me know what you all think. I called the race "Tumahs"

Was playing with his design a bit more, almost happy not quite yet though....
