My German sucks. I havent spoke the language since 92'. I just called mental Images in Berlin Germany. they are the people who make Mental Ray. I've been trying to find out if a new book for mental ray 3.0 -3.2 is out yet and if so where to buy it. Junge ist, dieses Drücken. (Is this depressing) Ich brauche ein getränk. ( I need a drink) anyone got any info on the new book?

OH AND BTW.... dont buy the 'mental ray for maya' DVD you keep seeing for sale. a guy i met got it and said it was a rip off. appearantly the guy sits there and renders images for 2 hours. and you get to watch the render, kind of like watching the paint dry.
