Alpha Channel visible

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me how to make the alpha channel of the flag invisible. It works to a degree but you can see an edge to it which I cant get rid of... any help?

Check that your UVs are inside the 0,0 - 1,1 area in the UV texture editor and/or try turning off the wrap in your place2dtexture node...
