This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

Anita it is a really great likeness, whats throwing it off is the eyes.
If you can match her eyes i bet she will jump out at ya user added image

im not that well experienced with maya at the moment,....i aspire to be able to do great models such as this one, but i agree with jsprogg that the eyes may make the entire face look a tad off.
Other than that, it looks awesome user added image

hey dana yeah I've been working on the eyes ..Ill post a nu render I think I got them to look right the image planes are tricky.. user added image

its harder than I thought but I'm still trying didnt give up
its driving me nuts though to match the eyes ,u think u got it then u dont .. user added image
am still in polys at this point , it might sound stupid but I'm not confident enough to make radical changes in subd.. even if the final one will be subd .I feel like if they're not correct in polys subd wont make a big diff . Dunno though
