Help me please?

Hi, I am new to animation, but I want so desperately to learn to ues the MAYA software. The only problem is I was delt a bum hand in this life and am incapable of getting that software at this time.

Can you help me out here, please?

Alias.com has a Personal learning edtion. Iis just like maya complete but has a water mark..You will be able to learn the software for free.

My computer is incompatable with that program.

Windows ME sucks.

well xp now in OEM can cost you something like £40 so I would advice that mate - grab yourself the PLE and see if you like it first... but what ever you do - kill that Windows ME

for strictly modeling practice- this is supposedly a pretty solid learning tool with a free 40 day learning package, and it's pretty cheap (relatively speaking) if you want to buy it.
if you're just starting out, it might be a good learning tool.

If your going to school for animation you can get maya complete for only about 600 bucks. You get a special student discount as long as you dont use maya for commercial use.
