Complex UV Layout in Maya
Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character

No there isn't. Dude, never say die!! Just get the bonnet up and get in there. Practice on a couple of cubes or something, or I'll buy your model and do it myself!!!

LOL HAHAHAHAHA

I just get frustrated when people say 'I cant......'. Dont be afraid to learn something new you might suprise yourself!!! The thing is if you got the package launched off the desktop and got this far then there is no going back.
I remember the first time I launched Maya, I nearly shit myself, as it was just menus, menus and more menus. I didn't even know what a uv was cos I came from a Lightwave background. There was no such thing as a cluster or deformer etc, Blah Blah Blah. But come dude give it a texture, and prove your mettle!!!! We wanna see it finished. Good Luck

Really nice mate, coming along well. Maybe add a few bits of colour just to break it up and create a bit of candy for the eyes to pick up on. Decals that sort of thing maybe?

See!! I agree with LonePig, add some color details like rusty panels, blast marks etc. Well done dude.
