Maya 4.5 + 5 installation problems...

Hello everyone! This is my first post on SimplyMaya.com user added image

I love looking at some of the work people on this site have done, therefore, I've decided to do some work of my own, but I'm having problems installing Maya, I get an MSScript.MSI error, I install the MSScript.MSI software which was on the CD but still, it doesn't work, anyone have any suggestions ? Thanks...
