Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

new modified car: Elenor

Hello. Decided to start a new car model. Its a modified GT-500. I am trying to make it similar to Elenor, but it will still have som major modifications, like right now I did some major body work, like the chop top and I changed the hatch alittle bit. Let me know what you think user added image
Brian

The angle makes the roof look wavy, but its pretty strait

Once you are done, you aught to animate the "bridge-jump" sequence dude!

That movie rocked...

I'm a BIG mustang fan. Someday I might be good enough to attempt a car. Glad to see someone working an Eleanor. Don't do the jump scene though - we don't want to hurt that pretty machine user added image

Brian - do you have any car tutorials that you've made? I'd be interested in seeing anything since you're a master at modeling vehicles!

If you stack all your car models on top of eachother, it would be a mighty high tower! user added image

:bgreen: Xigen likes it, what tools are you using ?

Question: is it possible to use nurbs-tool on all parts,
on a car like this ? (i would think yes, but had to ask)
