The movie "March Of The Penguins"

Have anyone of you seen it? I am having an argument with a friend about it. He is claiming the whole movie is real shots, while I'm pretty sure at least the underwater scenes are made with CG. I did a search on the internet without finding any good information, so now I'm asking the experts. What do you think?

I have the movie also and yes, it is real.

Challenge me and I will try. Because If I should fail, failure also has a prize (Knowledge).
