scaling my skinned charactor?

Hi all, I have a problem when scaling my figure.
Polygon figure with smooth bind and I have the eyes and its controlers parented to the neck bone, also his hair is parented to the top bone of the head. But I need to scale the whole charactor when imported into a scene, but the eyes and hair seem to scale differently to the main body, I know I have some double transforms going on but not sure how to solve it.

Sounds like you are getting double transforms. Make sure that you are scaling only the parent objects of your hierarchies and not the children as well. Because the eyes and hair are already parented to joints, scaling the rig will scale the eyes and hair as well.

Hi ,
I solved it by ungrouping the JP_eyes, it seems that the group node was being double transformed.

It is by my will alone I set my mind in motion
