I didnt I model it on the video. But I think its fair to say that if you have modelled the rest of character it should be pretty easy for you to do, it was only made from a cube and smoothed

well guess u r right the modeling part shouldt be a prob..

but could u post some pictures of just the tear sac in low resulution as reference user added image

?

dunno man, jay is the one who made the tut and he is the one that said it was just a smoothed cube, so i guess that's correct...

(apart from smoothed for real, not just the smoothed view.) user added image

Smoothing a cube keeps it all as quads so for something like that I would have done the same thing.
