Ok, so I have some video I made using a digital camera (in AVI format) and I want to see if I can add some Maya stuff to the scene (simple stuff....like a sphere moving across the scene or something easy).

How do I get the AVI into the scene? I did this a while back but I totally forget how. I do have a video editor if I need to change the AVI format.
