I would like to render with wire like in the display option. is it possible?

thanks for that link it was the easiest tutorial i've seen regarding rendering wire frame though im wondering if this would work for animation like a turnaround?

Yes, It should work in an animation turn around. If you can render one frame, you can render a series.
