Well, I can't personally help any of you, but regarding that, I CAN say that if you render to layers, then all passes can be layered together in your post app.

Well I have never used render layer, and mnost tutorials I have seen confuse me no end. I just cant seem to get my head around it.

Very useful tut, racecgi :bow:

I could have used that in my "contribution". Anyway, I ended up rendering everything in one pass in Maya. But at the expense of a lot of exturing hastle.
