I just love getting comments! Ï don't have much to do these days so I'll try to keep an eye on the other projects also.

I cannot help myself, but posting this "info" (according to TheBlackFleetCrisis-Triology) ; 15 years or so after the Return of The Jedi, the Millennium Falcon get a total refit, down to the sceleton. They even managed to cut off 300kg of the ships total weight. But Han Solo didn't like that they changed the coloring of the seats in the cockpit...haha

Here is a link to an almost exhaustive study of the falcon;

Whoaa...you've set up quite a challenge for yourself user added image But that's the way I like things too! Set the goals high and even if you can't manage to get the perfect result, you will learn a lot! My motto: "Do a lot, fail a lot and learn a lot" user added image

(about the orthographic vs. perspective views, i agree. some times your eye can lie quite a bit.)

YES!

At least something concrete, never been good at finishing things, but this set has promise i think... I'm gonna buy a big pizza today.

The light is a directional one. Ambient light set by materials. Raytrace-shadows.

This was something I made at a whim, but I'll keep the scenery for later montage.

hehe the background pic was a too-dark pic of clouds, i made increased the lighting and woila.

I can hardly wait, now that I see what is possible. But the landing gear is missing, I'll have to post a gallery pic later.

Hey undseth .. that looks phenomenal! I have a thing though for the lighting .. might want to tweak a bit those colors since that yellow-green light ain´t helping much the render ...

See you around!
