Maya to Zbrush

So I am having some problems importing to Zbrush, I exported my scene as an OBJ file from Maya.

But on my desktop I cant get it to show up at all, on my laptop I can see it in my material list but when I draw it the model is missing part of it's back and part of the legs.

I think I am importing it right but I'm not sure if anyone can tell me how to do it so I can figure out if I'm doing it right or not, would be much appreciated.

is your model all in polygons?

if your model is all in polygons then all you should need to do is export selection as obj, then import obj to zbrush.

that's a "Ch" pronounced as a "K"

Computer skills I should have:
Objective C, C#, Java, MEL. Python, C++, XML, JavaScript, XSLT, HTML, SQL, CSS, FXScript, Clips, SOAR, ActionScript, OpenGL, DirectX
Maya, XSI, Photoshop, AfterEffects, Motion, Illustrator, Flash, Swift3D
