Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character
I inserted a basic soccerball polygon from polygon primitives...
then i applied toon effect to it and then outline, but when i inserted the outline, it is outlined only outside.. i wanna out line the angles on the ball... any help?
simple go into your channel box for the outline and set crease lines to ON or 1, then go to one that says Hard creases only and turn that OFF or 0 then go ahead and change the crease angle min to 0 and you will have the exact outline of your wireframe
also for wider mesh lines turn down the crease angle max
